About this app

PRE-ORDER MEDICATIONS.

Our app has stood for service quality and convenience since 2018 and combines competent on-site advice with digital pre-order options.

With the mandatory introduction of the e-prescription on January 1st, 2024, digital pre-order options are currently severely limited. This also affects our app. We assume that there will be fully digital redemption methods from Q2/2024 and that you will benefit from them in the usual way.

Until then, you can use our app as follows.

PRESCRIPTION MEDICATIONS

Please actively ask your doctor's office for the e-prescription code.
You can get this code in two ways:

> an accompanying expression
> by scanning the code from the practice's terminal/monitor

Use the app's scan function to send the code to your LINDA pharmacy.

MEDICATIONS AND PHARMACY PRODUCTS NOT SUPPLIED ON A PRESCRIPTION

Here's how you can pre-order these:

> Take photos of the packaging
> Scan the EAN code of the product
> Via the product search (product name or the pharmaceutical central number = PZN)

As a PAYBACK customer, you collect PAYBACK °points for over-the-counter products, if offered by your pharmacy. *

> You can use previously saved product photos for pre-orders using the photo app on your cell phone.

> You can change your preferred LINDA pharmacy directly in the main menu under “My LINDA pharmacy”. The pharmacy selected there is automatically stored for future pre-orders.

> Information and other services will be displayed on the detail page of your chosen LINDA pharmacy.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Please note that not all LINDA pharmacies offer this app service. Each independently run pharmacy that belongs to the “LINDA Pharmacies” umbrella brand decides this individually. Therefore, you may not be able to find your LINDA pharmacy using the search.

2. Our focus is on pre-ordering regular medications as well as acute local supplies of prescription and over-the-counter medications and standard pharmacy products. For us, this is associated with a pre-order system and therefore does not represent a legally binding purchase. The actual purchase only takes place in the pharmacy or when the pre-ordered products are handed over by a messenger from the pharmacy, if such a service is offered. Therefore, the display of prices for over-the-counter products in the app, as with binding online purchases in web shops, is not provided in our app.

Our pharmacies usually respond quickly to inquiries and immediately inform you whether the goods are ready for collection/delivery immediately or at a later date*.

PHARMACY WHEN YOU NEED IT.

* The products can be pre-ordered by 12 p.m. d. R. ready for collection/delivery from 4 p.m. Please note the opening times of your pharmacy. Subject to wholesale delivery ability. Excluded are medicines that have to be manufactured in the pharmacy or for which there is a need for individual clarification, e.g. if consultation with the health insurance company is necessary. In such cases, the pharmacy will contact you by telephone.
The relevant pharmacy provides information about participation and the offer of a messenger service. You can recognize pharmacies that offer a courier service by the corresponding symbol.

** You receive PAYBACK points for sales of over-the-counter and pharmacy-only, non-prescription medicines as well as the standard pharmacy supplement range. PAYBACK does not receive any information about which goods you purchased at the pharmacy

Rezepte per Foto bestellen und Kommunikation klappt prima. Aber: Keine Preisangaben, wenn man nach rezeptfreien Produkten sucht, Payback Karte muss vor Ort gescannt werden, weil sie in der App nicht einspeicherbar ist, "Weitere Produkte hinzufügen" funktioniert nicht, nur "Vorbestellung abschließen" scheint aktiv zu sein, aber kann ich danach noch Produkte hinzufügen, ohne das erste gleich zu bestellen? Und das, ohne die Preise zu wissen. Bitte erwähnt die Preise in den Produktbeschreibungen!

Hallo Gee, vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Wir haben nur 350 Zeichen für eine Antwort, daher in aller Kürze: "Weitere Produkte" hinzufügen ist ein Text, kein Button. Nutzen Sie bitte die drei Icons unterhalb des Textes, um weitere Produkte hinzuzufügen (Rezept, Produkt, Text). Dann klappts. Keine Preise => sehen Sie bitte die App Beschreibung.
